At River Forest Farms our fundamental goal is to grow food that nourishes both people and planet. We are first generation farmers working to reestablish a family legacy. We believe a world with more farmers is a better one, and we aim to play our part in returning more stewards to the land. By embracing the principles of regenerative agriculture we intend to create a more ethical world for all who call it home.

Ecology
We strive to put the vitality of mother nature in the center of everything we do. This is the foundational promise of regenerative agriculture and why we embrace it. To make our land, water, air, soil, plants, and animals, healthier every year we farm.
Economy
We believe farmers and rural communities deserve a bigger piece of the pie. And the only way to accomplish this is by increasing the number of family farms who have a direct connection with consumers. This is the desperately needed change necessary to reverse decades of corporate consolidation at all levels of our food system. And we want to play a part, no matter how small.
